Pre-order Period:
Pre-orders are available from 5th December 2024 until 12:00 PM on 23rd December 2024.
All orders must be placed through our online system.
Collection:
All platters are pick-up only from Mary Mae’s Bar, with no delivery service available. Monday- Thursday from 09am-2pm, Friday-Saturday-Sunday from 09am-5pm
It is the guests responsibility to collect the order at the scheduled time.
Failure to collect your order on the arranged date and time will result in forfeiture, and no refund will be provided.
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your seafood platter. No reservations without payment.
We accept major credit and debit cards for online payment.
Cancellations and Amendments:
Sea food platters are non-refundable.
Freshness and Storage:
Our seafood is prepared fresh and packed on ice for optimal quality. For food safety, it is essential that you consume your seafood platter on the day of collection.
Mary Mae’s Bar is not responsible for the quality or safety of the product if it is not consumed within the recommended time.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements:
Our platters contain shellfish and crustaceans which may trigger allergies. Please notify us of any dietary requirements before placing the order.
While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, as all seafood is prepared in a shared kitchen.
No Substitutions:
Due to the nature of the offer, no ingredient substitutions are permitted in the platters.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, supplier issues), we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or alternative solution.
