Cancellation on or before 1st November 2025: A full refund excluding booking fee is available for cancellations received in writing via email at hello@marymaes.com.au on or before 1st November

Cancellations after 1st November 2025, 50% refunds will be issued excluding booking fee for cancellations made after 1st November 2025 until 25-th November 2025

Cancellation after 25-th November 2025– No refunds will be given, 100% fee after 3pm 25-th November 2025.

No-shows charged at full ticket price

Children tickets for 4-12 years old

Adult tickets for 12+ years old

  • *No takeaway alcohol is permitted from the premises.
  • *No BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is allowed.
  • *Unfortunately, we are unable to offer menu or beverage substitutions outside of specified dietary requirements

  • Although we will endeavour to adhere to the publicised package contents you accept that Mary Mae`s has the right to alter elements of the event in our sole discretion
  • This is a ticketed event with limited seating.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and event-specific.
  • Mary Mae`s will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your property.
  • We will not be able to accept bookings with dogs on Christmas Day
  • 2h Table allocation is at the discretion of the management.
  • The set menu cannot be changed on the day.
