T&C’s:

Cancellation on or before 1^st December 2024: A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing via email at hello@marymaes.com.au on or before 1^st December 2024

Cancellations after 1^st December 2024, No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 1^st December 2024

Children tickets for 6-12 years old

Adult tickets for 12+ years old

Additional Terms:

*No takeaway alcohol is permitted from the premises.

*No BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is allowed.

*No menu, wine, cocktail, beverage package substitution is permitted for anything other than specified.

Event Specifics:

This is a ticketed event with limited seating.

Table allocation is at the discretion of the management.

The set menu cannot be changed on the day.

Dietary/Allergies

All dietary requirements must be confirmed one week prior to the event via email at hello@marymaes.com.au. Please contact the venue before buying the ticket to ensure if menu substitution is suitable.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA):
We are committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. RSA will be strictly enforced throughout the event. Our staff are trained to serve alcohol responsibly, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

*Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the entire event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unforeseen closures, natural disasters, etc.), attendees will be notified, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
